What to Expect

Secret Ingredient Catered Events will be preparing our next 5-course wine pairing dinner on Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14th. Join us for an evening of “La Dolce Vita”. Pre-purchase your tickets for a great experience gift for Christmas.

Debbie, from Secret Ingredient, will be serving up five (and a half) courses for our culinary pleasure. This romantic evening will begin with a welcome board of bite sized appetizers. But please save room, because a full 5-course meal will follow! We will begin with a creamy squash soup with truffle sour cream and chives. Course two will feature a lovely salad with a Sauvignon Blanc shallot dressing. Course three will feature fresh pasta with Diamond Girl Red Bolognese sauce. Course four will include chicken Involtini with a lemon saffron sauce over creamy arborio rice. And the dessert course will be a beautiful chocolate torte with a glowing ember reduction.

Each course will be paired with a Gioia dell’Amore wine.

We are able to accommodate severe food allergies. We will email you after registration for those details and get that information to the caterer. We will also ask for seat groupings so you can share this evening with those you love the most.

Wine club members should contact Laura to receive a $10 per ticket discount for up to two tickets.
