With several years of experience performing throughout the Triad, Mike and his band have captivated audiences at notable local venues including Rody’s, Stonefield Cellars, and Gypsy Road Brewing. Known for blending soulful melodies with pop sensibilities and alternative flair, Mike Coia delivers a musical experience that is both engaging and memorable—perfect for intimate venues, festivals, and special events.

Bites & Boards is a Mooresville, North Carolina–based food truck serving crave-worthy comfort food with a gourmet twist. Known for their crowd-favorite goat cheese bites and bold buffalo bites, their menu also features creamy hummus, crispy truffle fries, melty cheese sticks, and artisan-style gourmet pizzas.
