Barn Quilt Class

Join us for a Barn Quilt Class with Barn Quilts by Rose at Gioia dell’Amore Cellars on Saturday, November 25th, and spend a creative day painting your very own barn quilt at the vineyard! Choose your favorite pattern ahead of time, then bring your creativity to the Barrel Room where you’ll have more than 60 paint colors to create a color combination that is uniquely yours. Your $125 registration includes the hands-on Barn Quilt Class, a glass of wine, and a chance to win one of the day’s door prizes. Come create, sip, and enjoy a wonderfully creative day at the vineyard!

What to Expect

Get ready to turn a little inspiration into something uniquely yours! During this hands-on Barn Quilt Class with Barn Quilts by Rose, you’ll spend the day creating your very own barn quilt in the cozy setting of our Barrel Room. Before the class, you’ll choose your favorite pattern from a large variety of designs. Then, when you arrive, the fun really begins! You’ll have more than 60 paint colors to choose from, so you can create your quilt in any color combination you like. No need to match the sample pattern. This is your chance to make it completely your own.

The class runs from 11:00 AM–6:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to paint, relax, enjoy the vineyard, and sip a glass of wine included with your $125 registration. Feel free to bring a shareable snack or two to enjoy while you paint. And because every artist loves a little surprise, there will also be door prizes throughout the day!

Since we’re gathering on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, this is a wonderful way to enjoy a creative day out with family or friends who are visiting for the holiday. Or, simply come get out of the house and do something fun after the Thanksgiving festivities! Seating is limited, so advance registration is required. Your spot is secured with prepaid registration, so choose your pattern, reserve your seat, and come ready for a creative day at the vineyard.

Barn Quilts by Rose is the creative work of Rose Pait, a North Carolina barn quilt artist with a passion for “paintin’ the towns—one barn quilt at a time!” Rose creates and sells barn quilts in a variety of sizes, but what she loves most is sharing her passion with others through her hands-on Barn Quilt Paint Parties. Her classes give you the opportunity to choose a pattern, explore your creativity, and paint a barn quilt that is uniquely yours. We’re delighted to welcome Rose to Gioia dell’Amore Cellars and bring her love of barn quilts to the vineyard for a day of creativity, wine, and a whole lot of fun!
