It is time for our annual Christmas Sip and Shop event in the Pavilion at Gioia dell’Amore Cellars on Saturday, November 16th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Let’s get the holidays launched with some great shopping from local artisan vendors! Find unique items for everyone on your list.

This is our annual Holiday Sip and Shop Event in the rustic pavilion at Gioia dell’Amore Cellars. Hosted by Purple Wagon Events, the day is an annual affair our customers look forward to all year. Come on out and enjoy music, food trucks, drinks and of course CHRISTMAS SHOPPING from our local artists! From woodworking masterpieces, to hand made kitchen items, candles, lotions, scents, homemade treats and decor, there is something for everyone on your list!

We will be serving up Gioia dell’Amore wine, including our holiday wine, Glowing Ember. This is an all estate grown Chambourcin wine created in the Norwegian Glogg style. Notes of cinnamon, ginger, anise and dried orange highlight this sweet red wine. It is perfect for pairing with cranberry, turkey, ham, dressing, and of course pecan pie! We will also have craft as well as domestic beer available for purchase in the Pavilion and Tasting Room.

Gioia dell’Amore Cellars (pronounced: “Joy-A” – “dell” – “Ah more ay”) is a winery and vineyard located in Mayodan, NC. Our Italian name means “Joy of Love”.  We are a 96-acre vineyard, winery, wedding venue, and cabin rental facility nestled in the rolling hills of Rockingham County among the vines of Autumn Creek Vineyards. Born out of the owners’ love of family and wine, Gioia dell’Amore Cellars endeavors to share these passions in its romantic, rustic country setting where it aims to “Scatter Joy!” to its community and customers.
