From 2:00 to 5:00, enjoy a free live music concert featuring John L. Elliott, whose relaxed acoustic sound creates the perfect soundtrack for sipping, sharing bites, and lingering a little closer. Send It Sammies: is a mountain-bike-inspired sandwich food truck serving up artisan creations born straight from the trails of Greensboro, NC. Owner Joel jokes that when a coworker first suggested mountain biking, he laughed it off — “Bikes are for kids and Tour de France folks,” he thought. One ride proved him wrong. It wasn’t just the rush of speed or that little jolt of fear on a tight turn; it was the style, the people, and the community. Mountain biking helped him get healthier, discover some of the most beautiful places in America, and ultimately inspired a leap of faith: trading his corporate job for life on the food truck.

With a passion for classic deli favorites elevated with a creative twist, Joel combined his love of good food with the culture that changed his life. The result? Trail-born sandwiches crafted to fuel adventure — on and off the bike.
