Preston Stutzman Independence Day Celebration | America’s 250th at the Vineyard invites you to celebrate the spirit of Freedom, Liberty, and Independence with an afternoon of live music, local food, handcrafted wine, and patriotic fun at Gioia dell’Amore Cellars in Mayodan, NC.

What to Expect

As communities across Rockingham County and beyond come together to celebrate Independence Day, we’ve moved our live music event to Saturday and shifted the schedule a little earlier so you can enjoy a full day of hometown traditions, vineyard fun, and still make it to your favorite fireworks display that evening. After you’ve waved at the parade, gathered your candy, and admired the classic cars make your way to the vineyard for an afternoon of indoor music, food, and patriotic fun.

This year, we’re proud to raise a glass to 250 years of Freedom, Liberty, and Independence as America begins celebrating its Semiquincentennial – the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding. In honor of this historic milestone, we’ll be offering $2.50 special beers all afternoon on Michelob Ultra, Bud Light, and Miller Lite. We will also be offering Wine Slushies for $5.50, or $2.50 off the usual sales price. Because some anniversaries deserve a toast – cheers to 250!

The tasting room will be open from 11:00 to 6:00 pm, serving your favorite wines, wine slushies, beer, and plenty of vineyard hospitality. Whether you’re continuing a day of celebration or just looking for the perfect place to spend a summer afternoon, we’ve got a seat waiting for you. Wine menu

From 11:00 to 4:30 pm, The Rolling LunchBox will be serving up fresh-made favorites along with special Fourth of July meal deals featuring hot dogs or burgers with a side at a festive holiday price. Between their hometown roots, veteran-owned spirit, and crowd-pleasing menu, they’re the perfect partner for a patriotic 4th of July at the vineyard.

Then from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, we’re excited to welcome Preston Stutzman back to the vineyard. This talented young musician has already become a crowd favorite with his blend of classic country favorites and modern hits. His warm vocals, engaging stage presence, and genuine love of country music create the kind of performance that feels like summer, small-town America, and good company all rolled into one.

So after the parades wind down in Madison, Mayodan, Stoneville, Eden, and the surrounding communities, head our way. Bring your family, bring your friends, and bring your patriotic spirit.

We will have the music playing, the wine flowing, the beer iced down, and plenty of reasons to stay for “just one more song!”

The Rolling LunchBox is a Mayodan-based, veteran-owned and woman-operated food truck serving up fresh, satisfying sandwiches for the whole family. Founded by Katie and Jason, the business began as a college project in 2016 and quickly grew into a dream worth pursuing. After years of planning and passion, that dream officially hit the road in fall 2024. Today, The Rolling LunchBox has become a local favorite, known for quick service, quality ingredients, and a commitment to feeding their community well.
