About Your Hosts

The Rolling LunchBox is a Veteran owned and woman operated Mayodan based Food Truck. Katie and Jason provide sandwiches made quickly for your entire family. Back in 2016 when Katie was completing her business degree, she was assigned a project to create a faux company. This project sparked her dream! At the time, food trailers / trucks were not very common in our area. After a lot of research, they placed the dream on the “someday list”. They launched their dream in the fall of 2024, and have quickly become one of the most popular food trucks in the area.

Nestled on 96 acres of rolling hills in Mayodan, NC, our vineyard is a rustic escape brimming with romance, where love and laughter mingle among the vines of Autumn Creek Vineyards.
