The Rolling LunchBox is a Mayodan-based, veteran-owned and woman-operated food truck serving up fresh, satisfying sandwiches for the whole family. Founded by Katie and Jason, the business began as a college project in 2016 and quickly grew into a dream worth pursuing. After years of planning and passion, that dream officially hit the road in fall 2024. Today, The Rolling LunchBox has become a local favorite, known for quick service, quality ingredients, and a commitment to feeding their community well.
