Fuel your wine-filled afternoon with Bites & Boards, the Winston-Salem, NC food truck turning comfort food into a gourmet experience. Think crispy goat cheese bites, bold buffalo bites, creamy hummus, truffle fries, melty cheese sticks, and artisan-style gourmet pizzas. Translation: come hungry… and maybe wear your stretchy pants.

Stewart Coley is a seasoned musician whose performances evoke the charm of a resort in the Cumberland Mountains, the warmth of a Carolina coffeehouse, and the intimacy of a folk club. With a distinguished career spanning over four decades, he has toured extensively across the United States and parts of Canada, sharing stages and studios with some of the industry’s most accomplished musicians.

Bites & Boards is a Winston-Salem, North Carolina–based food truck serving crave-worthy comfort food with a gourmet twist. This husband and wife team that have a passion for delicious wine and great food! Known for their crowd-favorite goat cheese bites and bold buffalo bites, their menu also features creamy hummus, crispy truffle fries, melty cheese sticks, and artisan-style gourmet pizzas. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sharing with friends, Bites & Boards brings elevated flavors, quality ingredients, and a love for good food to every stop.
