What to Expect

Spend your Sunday wrapped in vineyard views, soulful live music, and the kind of food worth lingering over. The tasting room is open from 1:00 to 6:00 pm, inviting you to settle in with a glass of wine, stroll the rolling hills, and let the afternoon unfold at its own sweet pace.

From 1:00 to 5:00 pm, Bites & Boards will be serving elevated comfort food with just the right amount of indulgence. Think crispy truffle fries, melty cheese sticks, gourmet pizzas, and bites practically designed for sharing across a wine barrel table. Or keeping all to yourself. We fully support both choices.

Then from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, Thomas Rucker fills the vineyard with his soulful, genre-blending sound and unmistakable energy. Expect an afternoon of heartfelt vocals, unexpected favorites, and the kind of live music that makes you order one more glass just to stay for another song.

Come hungry, come thirsty, and come ready to relax a little deeper than you planned. Around here, Sundays are less about schedules and more about savoring the moment. 💕🍷

About Your Hosts

Thomas Rucker: Streamed in well over 100 countries worldwide to date, North Carolina singer/songwriter Thomas Rucker has truly reached a global audience.  He’s been writing songs for decades and has admittedly “lost count” at this point.  A cross-genre explorer, Thomas delivers his songs with a voice that is bluesy and soulful, yet vulnerable.  His original rock style is infused with elements of folk, R&B, blues, and rap, and his one-man live shows reflect an unpredictable spontaneity.  As a studio instrumentalist on bass, lead guitar, and harmonica, Rucker’s work can be heard on the recordings and albums of several other artists, including the late Noel Livengood.  He grew up singing and playing guitar in church, and credits his faith in Jesus for much of his songwriting inspiration.  “The hardest part?…Finding the time!” he laughs.  “Too many songs in my head and too few hours in the day.”  When not making music, Rucker is a passionate outdoor enthusiast, environmentalist, and father of three.  Be on the lookout for Thomas Rucker’s upcoming EP “Good Citizen” and most of all, THANK YOU for checking out these songs!
