Katie and Jason provide sandwiches made quickly for your entire family. Back in 2016 when Katie was completing her business degree\, she was assigned a project to create a faux company. This project sparked her dream! At the time\, food trailers / trucks were not very common in our area. After a lot of research\, they placed the dream on the “someday list”.
