From 1:00–5:00 PM\, Pitmaster Adam Harvey will be serving up regional BBQ inspired by the traditions of North Carolina\, Texas\, California\, and Kansas City\, with favorites including brisket\, St. Louis pork ribs\, pulled pork\, and pork steak. Save room for a little something sweet\, too\, with peanut butter pie and banana pudding on the menu. From 2:00–5:00 PM\, Craig Vaughn brings more than three decades of professional musicianship and an engaging\, versatile style to the tasting room. The tasting room will be open from 1:00–6:00 PM\, with handcrafted wines\, local craft beer\, and wine slushies available throughout the afternoon.
