His performances blend toe-tapping jazz standards inspired by legends like Miles Davis and Wes Montgomery with classic rock favorites from artists such as Tom Petty and Creedence Clearwater Revival. Delivered with a swinging groove and an easy sense of humor\, Brooks’ shows are as engaging as they are musically rich. \n\n\n\nUnlimited Immersed Flavors is a Greensboro\, North Carolina–based food truck founded in February 2025 by Chef Yvonne Thompson.
