March 17 @ 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Feeling the luck of the Irish? Join us for a St. Patrick’s day celebration including a free concert by Ray Hudson and amazing food by Town Fork Mobile Kitchen!
Let’s celebrate the luck of the Irish! Ray Hudson will be rocking the house with live music from 2:00 to 5:00. Ray is a crowd favorite here and will be playing a musical mix with an excellent variety of country, rock, bluegrass and folk. Expect an interactive afternoon with this talented musician and great music to keep you entertained all afternoon!
Town Fork Mobile Kitchen will be joining us for the afternoon from 1:00 to 5:00. In addition to their usual hibachi and poke menu, they will be serving up some Irish favorites to tempt your tastebuds as well. Menu is being finalized but expect some surprises such as Shephard’s Pie or Corned Beef menu items.
Please patronize the food truck! While on normal business days we allow guests to bring outside munchies, we do ask that you refrain from bringing in small bites on days when we have a food truck. These small businesses bring their huge trucks and talent all the way up the hill to serve our customers and do need to sell enough food to cover their costs. We appreciate you shopping local and supporting them so they will return to serve you yummy food at future events!
We will be serving up our award winning wines and of course will have plenty of cold beer to pair with the day’s theme!
About your Hosts
Ray Hudson is a local singer and songwriter from Sandy Ridge, North Carolina. Hudson has built something of a songwriting dynasty. Not only did he win the 2023 Don Gibson Singer/Songwriter Award, the Cleveland County native also took home the top prize in 2020 and 2021. The year in between, 2022, Hudson finished in second place. After so much success, what keeps Hudson coming back for more? Hudson states, “as a performer, if I put on a good show, that’s great, but to have people come just to hear something you have written, that means a lot.”
Town Fork Mobile Kitchen is out of Germanton, North Carolina. Owner Aaron Shaver is as friendly as he is talented at cooking fresh, delicious food. Aaron developed a love of cooking at a young age. As a teenager, he worked in numerous restaurants and really grew serious about becoming a chef in his early 20s while in college. Throughout his journey, he worked under some great chefs who cultivated his love into a career. While working as an executive chef, he began dreaming of owning and operating a food truck. This dream became a reality in July 2021 with the birth of Town Fork Mobile Kitchen.
